Oportax for importers is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually upfront. New subscriptions carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of everything paid. After that, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice, and annual subscriptions run to the end of the paid year. Supplier accounts are free.

Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly subscriptions each month, and annual subscriptions for a further year at the end of the paid year. We email a reminder at least 30 days before an annual renewal, and cancelling before the renewal date stops it.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Oportax is not currently registered for VAT and does not charge it. If and when VAT becomes chargeable on our services — including on Oportax becoming VAT registered — it will be added to all prices at the prevailing rate from that date and itemised on invoices.
